Shipping and Returns
Please keep in mind your product is “made to order” and it will take our team 10 days to manufacture and prep your order for shipping. While we are more than happy to expedite your order at that time, we do want to remind you that this product is not currently ready for shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Most non-customized orders qualify for our return policy which allows for returns and exchanges for any reason, within 90 days, no questions asked. There is no need to call us about an exchange or return, but you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-354-2825 to expedite the process if needed.
* Return & Exchange Policy only applies to orders from the Venganza Store, including most "made on demand" garments. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following item types:
Items marked as closeout or non-returnable on our online store
Custom apparel is non-returnable due to the specialized nature of the product.
To Return a Venganza Store purchase, complete the below return form. Once we receive notice of the submitted form, we will email you a return shipping label. Simply print it out and send your Venganza item back to us.
To return your item, please follow the steps below:
Complete the Warranty/Return/Exchange Form, noting the type of claim and reason for the return.
All returns must be clean and dry, we will not accept your dirty laundry and will send back to you if not clean, sorry!
Make sure that a copy of your Warranty/Return/Exchange Form is in the package prior to sealing it.
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to process your return, feel free to contact us for a status update if necessary.
